How we work

From a search question to an implementation plan.

The audit sprint gives your team a reliable baseline, a ranked list of improvements, and clear instructions for the next 90 days. It is a defined service you can buy before committing to ongoing work.

  1. Week 1

Understand the buyer and establish the baseline

Agree the qualified-lead or activation definition. Review Search Console, analytics and available CRM exports. Build a fixed buyer-prompt panel and preserve the initial evidence.

Deliverable: Baseline report, access checklist and agreed success measures.

  2. Week 2

Verify how the site can be discovered and understood

Review priority pages, indexing signals, redirects, server and rendered content, structured data and the path to an inquiry. Prioritize actual defects and buyer questions.

Deliverable: Evidence-backed findings with severity, affected URLs and acceptance checks.

  3. Week 3

    Make the implementation work concrete

Write developer-ready fixes and a lead-source measurement specification. Choose the first content or conversion experiment and review one implementation round with your team.

Deliverable: Implementation backlog, measurement specification and one review.

  4. Week 4

Review the evidence and choose the next investment

Repeat the agreed prompt panel, validate available conversion tracking, document unresolved dependencies and hand over a 90-day roadmap. Early movement is reported with its limitations.

Deliverable: Final report, decision meeting and prioritized next steps.

RankPropel owns

Analysis, the agreed prompt panel, recommendations, implementation specifications, review and reporting. For a separately scoped pricing-page sprint, we also implement and deploy that page.

Your team provides

A business owner, access or exports, accurate product information, timely approvals and a developer for audit fixes. Dates depend on receiving these inputs.

The evidence behind the plan

We distinguish official guidance, research and observations from your own site. Google's guidance emphasizes useful content and technical access; an external score cannot diagnose a penalty or guarantee a citation.

Guidance reviewed September 29, 2026. We verify report availability in your account and document what cannot yet be measured.

The sprint can stand alone. Ongoing work begins only under a separate agreed scope. Client information stays private; it does not automatically become marketing material.
