Account and service information

We store account details, sign-in records, course access, lesson progress, organization memberships, website domains, invitations, agent-key labels and hashes, usage totals, and audit reports to provide the service. An agency’s organization members can see its websites and reports. Keys are shown once at creation; we store a hash rather than the usable key.

Audit snapshots

We process the HTML snapshots your agent submits to run requested checks. We do not save the raw HTML in the audit database. Reports retain URLs, snapshot hashes, findings, and limited excerpts such as submitted robots directives. Do not submit personal customer information, credentials, or confidential HTML. This release evaluates snapshots with deterministic checks; it does not send their HTML to an AI model provider.

Payments and infrastructure

Stripe processes payments and hosts checkout and billing management. We store billing identifiers and subscription status, not full card numbers. Cloudflare hosts the application, database, and stored course files and processes request and operational data. If you choose Google sign-in, Google supplies the account information needed to sign you in. Your own agent provider processes information according to your separate arrangement with it.

Cookies and measurement

Sign-in uses cookies. If site analytics is configured, Google Analytics receives usage information. Browser and provider privacy controls may limit analytics collection. Do not include secrets or personal data in page URLs.

Retention and requests

Reports remain available in your account after a subscription ends unless deleted. Account, billing, and security records may be retained to operate the service, handle disputes, and meet applicable obligations. You can download audit reports from your workspace and revoke agent keys there. Contact us to request other exports or deletion; we will explain any records that must be retained.
