Agent subscription terms

Last updated October 13, 2026. RankPropel is operated by RippaX Labs, LLC. These terms describe the Business and Agency agent subscriptions.

What your subscription includes

Access to maintained SEO playbooks, automated audits of client-submitted page snapshots, improvement plans, report comparisons, and MCP/API tools within the plan’s website, seat, page, report, and request limits. This is software access. Human consulting, course purchases, model usage from your agent provider, and publishing changes to your website are separate.

Monthly billing and cancellation

Business costs USD $99/month and Agency costs USD $299/month. Checkout shows the amount before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled through Manage billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; paid access continues through the paid billing period. A failed or disputed payment, full refund of the current subscription payment, or ended subscription can stop paid agent access. Contact hello@rankpropel.com for payment or refund questions; applicable consumer rights are unaffected.

Allowances reset each billing month and do not roll over. We do not charge automatic overages. Requests above the allowance are rejected until the next period. You can still sign in to manage billing and download existing reports.

Your websites and agents

Only submit websites and information you own or are authorized to analyze and share. Do not submit credentials, personal customer records, or confidential page content. Protect your agent keys and revoke them when no longer needed. Keys expire after 90 days. Organization members can access the organization’s websites and reports; each agent key is limited to its selected website and permissions.

Review before publishing

You control your agents and website access. Review proposed changes for accuracy, accessibility, legal requirements, and business suitability before publishing. Snapshot checks cannot establish live crawling, indexing, complete structured-data eligibility, or ranking performance. We do not guarantee search rankings, indexing, traffic, revenue, or AI citations.
